Immediately after every closing, home buyers and sellers have the opportunity to assess overall service satisfaction as well as satisfaction with each of the key points of service related to the transaction through the Quality Service Assurance Survey^©. 

A third party firm, Leading Research Corporation, independently administers the surveys and then (after four surveys are returned for an individual agent) tabulates the results in the form of a Customer Satisfaction Rating attributable to the real estate professional.  Consumers are then able to find and select a service professional at www.QualityService.org based upon this independently validated record of past customer service satisfaction.
